Amended Metro Petroleum DA for increased capacity does not mitigate risks to cyclists using GWH
In November 2020, the BMCSF made a submission with respect to the risk to cyclists arising from a DA seeking to increase the capacity of the Metro Petroleum at Faulconbridge. The BMCSF was notified by BMCC of amended documents by the Applicant in support of its DA and was provided with the opportunity to make a further submission. The Applicant's amended Traffic Report does not address the issues raised by the BMCSF in its first submission namely the increased risk posed to cyclists from the proposed development.
