Cyclists have been Injured in crashes already on the GWH at Faulconbridge

The story on our campaign published in the Blue Mountains Gazette on 15/11 mentions Jenny McGowan and Andrew Fuge – both of whom were injured in crashes involving vehicles whilst cycling in the east bound high-speed lane. Both crashes could have been avoided if there was a road-shoulder which met Austroads - Road Design Standards. Jenny and Andrew have shared their stories for the purpose of publication. Both examples contest RMS’ claim that an upgrade is not needed on the GWH at Faulconbridge.
