RMS said Road Safety Audit Not Warranted.

In 2015 RMS was asked by the Blue Mountains City Council (BMCC) to conduct a Road Safety Audit on the shoulder-less section of GWH at Faulconbridge. RMS refused because they don’t believe an upgrade is warranted (reference: Ordinary Meeting of the Blue Mountains City Council, 02.02.16). The BMCC commissioned its own Road Safety Audit of the area. The Council’s audit found the highway does not meet RMS’ own road standards and is unsafe for cyclists and other road users (Click here for the Council's RSA).
