Submission to Roads Minister

The Blue Mountains Cycling Safety Forum have prepared a submission for the Minister for Roads. It brings to the Minister’s attention the safety hazard for cyclists arising from the absence of road shoulders on the GWH at Faulconbridge.

The submission outlines three possible ways (there may be others) to achieve a safer road design for the GWH at Faulconbridge including:

1. Widening of the Road Shoulders

2. Separate Bike Path Behind the Armco Fencing

3. Two-Way Shared Cycle Path
